• Information Collected Automatically: We collect certain information automatically as you navigate and interact with the Service, including:
  • Browser type or fingerprint, operating system, IP address and associated geolocation, device ID, blockchain wallet address, wallet type, actions and clickstream data, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.
  • We may store this data in log files.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Best in Slot engages third-party service providers ("Third Party Services"), including Google Analytics, to assist in the collection of certain information specified herein. When users connect their wallet, this process occurs solely on their local devices without data transmission to Best in Slot systems. However, the use of our API triggers the logging of wallet addresses for operational purposes only. This logging does not involve obtaining data from external sources. While Best in Slot does not actively collect user data from third parties, the logging of wallet addresses through API usage serves internal operational needs.

4. Public Information

We collect data from publicly visible and/or accessible activity on blockchains or other public sources. This may include blockchain wallet addresses and information about transactions.

We process your information to operate the Service, personalize your experience, improve the Service, and for other legitimate business purposes, including:

• Providing, operating, and maintaining the Service.
• Analyzing and improving the Service.
• Analyzing, improving, and personalizing your use and experience on the Service.

11. Minors

We do not knowingly collect information from minors under 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). Minors who are at least 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK) but under 18 years old may use a parent or guardian's account with supervision. If we learn we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it as soon as possible.

12. Users Outside of the United States

If you are a user accessing the Service from outside the United States, by using the Service and providing us with your information directly or indirectly, you hereby acknowledge and consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States and/or other jurisdictions in which we or our service providers operate.

• BEST IN SLOT L.L.C-FZ is the data controller.
• We process your data based on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, or legal obligations. We will use appropriate safeguards for data transfers outside the EEA/UK/Switzerland.
